Standard return window
Unless local mandatory law grants a longer cooling-off period, unopened merchandise in resaleable condition may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery to the address on file. The outer shipper and inner seal must remain intact. Bundled accessories must all be present when the listing stated an all-in-one kit.
Holiday extension: Orders placed between November 15 and December 20 may receive an additional fifteen-day return extension solely for unopened goods, provided you email us before January 10 to lock the extended window to your order ID.
Opened dietary supplements
For safety and regulatory reasons, partially consumed Jexon bottles are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply when the wrong SKU shipped, the bottle arrived with a compromised tamper band, or the inner seal failed before first use and photographic evidence supports factory-level failure rather than post-delivery mishandling.
Photos help: Include batch or lot code legible beside a ruler or common object for scale so we can correlate to retention samples without back-and-forth delays.
Return procedure
Email support to receive a return merchandise authorization when one is required. Unauthorized returns may be refused at the dock. Approved returns should use trackable shipping; we are not responsible for carrier loss on the return leg unless we supplied a prepaid label tied to an approved ticket.
Original shipping and restocking
Outbound promotional shipping is not refunded unless the return arises from our error. If a restocking fee applies under state law for specific promotional SKUs, we disclose that dollar amount on the checkout screen before payment and again in the confirmation email summary archive.
